Running

I have been participating in the Banana running club which is a kind of running class. At the beginning, I couldn't run 5km. In fact, I have an experience of marathon. As you know, marathon is really really painful. It is 42.195km. I participated in marathon twice with my colleagues. And after two years, I didn't run for a long time.
My first pace of the running in running class was 700. It means that I can run seven minute per one kilometer.
Now, my pace is 630 to 640.
Today, I didn't check my running watch while running. After I run, I thought that "Oh it must at least ten kilometer!" But I noticed that the distance I ran today night is just 8.55km.
However, I am not disappointed with my pace. I can be clear about my pace.
The more important thing than the pace is consistency.
